    2. Service Description

    FRN Mortgage Leads provides mortgage lead generation services to FCA-authorised mortgage brokers and advisors in the United Kingdom. Our service includes generating, qualifying, and delivering leads to clients based on their specified criteria.

    3. Eligibility

    To use our services, you must:

    • Be a registered business in the United Kingdom
    • Hold appropriate FCA authorisation for mortgage advice/arrangement
    • Have the authority to enter into these Terms
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    4. Lead Exclusivity

    Unless otherwise stated, all leads provided through our service are exclusive to you. We guarantee that exclusive leads are not sold to other brokers. Shared leads, where offered, will be clearly identified as such.

    5. Lead Replacement Guarantee

    We offer a lead replacement guarantee under the following conditions:

    • Invalid contact information (wrong number, non-existent email)
    • Duplicate lead (same prospect delivered twice)
    • Lead does not match specified criteria
    • Prospect confirms they did not enquire

    Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery with supporting evidence. We reserve the right to verify all replacement claims.

    6. Payment Terms

    • Prices are as quoted and may be subject to change with notice
    • Payment is due according to your agreed billing cycle
    • We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer
    • Late payments may result in service suspension
    • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

    7. Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Contact leads promptly (within 24 hours recommended)
    • Handle all lead data in compliance with GDPR
    • Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
    • Provide accurate feedback on lead quality
    • Maintain your FCA authorisation throughout our relationship
    • Treat prospects professionally and ethically

    8. Data Protection

    Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Lead data is provided for the sole purpose of mortgage advice/arrangement. You must maintain appropriate data security measures and not retain data longer than necessary.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the replacement of leads or refund of fees paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

    10. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for leads already delivered. We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or lose your FCA authorisation.

    11. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by FRN Mortgage Leads and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
