I first started working in Financial Services in 1996. Since that time, I’ve worked as a direct adviser for different companies, been a business development manager in the broker mortgage market and given whole of market mortgage advice to Buy to Let landlords amongst other things.
Working for different lenders, insurers and brokers has given me a unique perspective on both the best and worst that our marketplace has to offer.
I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of making sure the customer is at the forefront of everything that I do and getting the best deal that is right for them. ‘Best’ is different for each person I speak to and also changes as circumstances change. Only by truly understanding my customers can I make sure that my advice hits the mark and makes a difference.
