We collect information about you for the purposes of delivering our services and to provide information to you about our services and where applicable to deliver our services to the highest possible standard.
When you use this site, we store the details of your visit, including which pages you had been viewing before, the pages you visit on our site and the access time. We may use these details to calculate how long people have spent on the site and which parts are the most popular. We may pass this statistical data to relevant third parties, but you will not be identifiable from that data.

If you decide to register your personal information, FRN may use it for the purpose of matching you with other members and for sending you details (by post, email, telephone, fax, SMS or any other appropriate technology) of those matching members. FRN will also allow other members to access your details. By completing the online registration form, you consent to our processing that personal data including, but not limited to your location, marital status, ethnicity, smoking and drinking habits, religious and political affiliation, personality, hobbies, interests and attitudes. You also consent to our transferring your data to group companies, members, other third parties or to countries which do not provide for the same level of data protection as the UK, if necessary for the above purposes and for the purpose of selling other relevant products or services.
If you consent to it, we shall also contact other members and non-members to give them information about you.
Once you have registered with FRN you may be supplied with a password. You will be responsible for keeping this password safe and secret. You can use this password to access and change the information we hold about you and we would request that you ensure that your details are correct and up-to-date to help us provide you with a good service. Access to the site using your password also allows you to stop your details from being sent to other members or to alter the amount of information that is given.
So as to protect your personal information we have taken the appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access.
We may from time to time perform statistical analyses on the geographic, demographic or other make-up of the membership database. Your information may be included in that analysis, the results of which we may share with relevant third parties. They will not be given any individual's personal details.
We may also contact you by any of those above-mentioned methods, using the details you supply us, to inform you of any goods or services which we think may be of interest to you in the future. We may also share that information with other relevant third parties who may themselves contact you with offers of goods or services. You may tell us at any time if you would prefer not to receive such offers and should confirm this in writing.
Should your membership expire, we shall maintain your data for a reasonable period for administrative and marketing purposes, after which it will be deleted provided that we shall not be liable for any disclosure of your information made pursuant to this Privacy Policy prior to the expiration of your membership where such data will be retained by the recipient for such time as they consider reasonable given the nature of the disclosure made.
