In news which may concern potential first time buyers worried about rising house prices, according to data released by the Department for Constitutional Affairs, the number of repossession claims in Wales increased by 26 per cent between 2005 and 2006, reports Inside Housing
During the period, repossession claims rose to 8,294 from 6,559 across Wales.

In England, over the same period, the number of repossession claims rose by 13 per cent.
