The Coventry announces improvements to MOREgage range

14-Dec-2006

The Coventry Building Society has announced improvements to its MOREgage range of mortgages for first time buyers and repeat purchasers.

Suitable for first time buyers and repeat purchasers looking to cover costs beyond the initial house purchase, the Coventry are offering a fixed-rate mortgage at 5.89, with a loan-to-value of up to 125 per cent.

The portion of the loan beyond 100 per cent is available on an unsecured basis and the fixed-mortgage rate is available in three and five-year options.

Both mortgages are available with no higher lending charge and a free valuation up to £650, although a four per cent early redemption charge will be applied if the mortgage is redeemed during the discounted period.

To find out more about this mortgage, contact a good mortgage broker.

The Coventry Building Society also offers its Step-up range of mortgages, specifically for first time buyers looking to purchase a property with their parents.

To find out how your parents can help you, see the FirstRungNow section on ‘How Parents Can Help’"> and contact a good mortgage broker.
