Lenders and brokers operating on behalf of first time buyers could soon being viewing properties from space thanks to a new navigation system from LMS.

Those using the service will be able to view properties in three dimensions from space and zoom in from a number of perspectives.

The software, otherwise known as Home Navigator, also allows those who lend mortgages to offer a more comprehensive service, reports Mortgage Solutions.

Home Navigator provides brokers and lenders with enough information to allow them to issue home information packs and offer conveyancing services.

Formed in 2001, LMS describes itself as a mortgage "packager with a difference" and works with brokers, independent financial advisers and estate agents.

It also states innovation within the industry is one of its "original values".
