No Sign of Credit Crunch Fears at G2 Redcar

Despite the credit crunch and fears over interest rates dominating the news agenda nationally, G2 says potential buyers at its Redcar development are still visiting www.thisisg2.co.uk and registering their interest.

G2 Brand Director Fraser Thomson says that, in the current housing market, G2 prices are more appealing to first time buyers than ever.

"People are understandably cautious in the current climate," he explains. "And potential first time buyers want to be sure they can afford the property before they put down a deposit.

"But that's where G2 comes in. Apartments at G2 Redcar start at just £66,495 and, at prices like that, we're still seeing plenty of people logging onto our website and requesting information."
