Nexus development 'popular with first time buyers'

25-May-2007

The Nexus development by Linden Homes has been popular with first time home buyers, it has been claimed.

According to the company, the development, which features a number of one and two-bedroom apartments, has been popular with both first time home buyers and property investors alike, reports Easier.

The Nexus development is located in Bishop's Waltham, which is near to the Meon Valley in Hampshire; prices for the two-bedroom developments start from £169,950.

"Buyers expect a new home which is finished to the highest standards," said Barbara Barker, a sales adviser with Linden Homes.

"The sales team has been working hard to keep up with the constant stream of enquiries from potential buyers," she added.

One-bedroom properties start from £144,950.

In March 2007, Linden Homes was acquired by Galliford Try.
