New website to help first time buyers

A new service has been launched by a student that will make it easier for first time buyers to find a deposit by cutting out estate agent fees.

Sell4less.co.uk is a free national property website that is open to everyone, and was designed by Sheffield Hallam University graduate Spencer Claydon.
