Mortgage & Property Advice Centre for First Time Home Buyers

New website to help first time buyers

16-Aug-2005

A new service has been launched by a student that will make it easier for first time buyers to find a deposit by cutting out estate agent fees.

Estate agents' fees can be problematic for first time buyers, who often have very little money free to cover the various costs involved in buying a house on top of the deposit they need, and as such the new site is designed to reduce the costs incurred.

Sell4less.co.uk is a free national property website that is open to everyone, and was designed by Sheffield Hallam University graduate Spencer Claydon.

Enquiries about the property go directly from the interested buyers to the seller, giving both parties more hands-on involvement in the sale of the property and providing aspiring homeowners with a better opportunity to develop a relationship with the vendor.
