The New Homes Show is designed to help key workers, such as teachers and nurses, find a property to suit them, without the expensive London price tag, and provides them with a range of options.

Solicitors will be on hand to answer any legal questions that potential buyers may have, while financial advisers and housing providers will also provide practical tips and advice.

The Show is organised by the government's Key Worker Living group and aims to bring more awareness to the need for key worker homes and affordable housing, particularly in traditionally expensive areas such as London where first time buyers are priced out of the market.
