For our first time buyers guide to buying a property click hereTo increase interest in the flats, the people behind the sale of the properties are offering potential investors the opportunity to benefit from a list of incentives.
The list includes options such as one per cent stamp duty, five per cent deposit paid and fitted carpets throughout the property.
Aspiring homeowners can choose two from the overall list, helping to ease the financial burden of getting on the first rung of the property ladder.
"We’ve had a lot of interest from investors and first time buyers, who are surprised they can afford a newly-built home," sales manager Kay Hall told the News and Star.
For those worried about the added expense of legal fees when moving in to a property, the list of incentives also includes £1,500 to be put towards the cost of legal services.
