The government has given first time buyers a glimpse of the future by unveiling a model of what the first £60,000 house will look like

And now Linden Homes has offered the first signs to aspiring first time buyers that such a house may be on the horizon, and could well form the basis John Prescott's ambitious housebuilding project.
Mr Prescott has opened up large amounts of public land for the creation of affordable homes, to be built over the next five to ten years, and Linden's model of a future affordable home is set to be very good news for aspiring first time buyers, and in particular those looking to benefit from key worker homes.
