Gov?t 'determined to help rural first-time buyers'

The government is "determined" to help
first-time buyers in rural areas buy accommodation, it has been reported.
Housing minister Ian Austin made this comment after plans to guarantee a number of
affordable housing for those looking to get onto the
first rung of the property ladder were unveiled explained the Press Association.
In order to keep homes on a part-rent, part-buy basis in the social sector, these types of accommodation will be protected, the news provider added.
Mr Austin explained new measures will safeguard affordable rural homes and boost the volume of accommodation available. This may mean those with a small
