GMAC-RFC Partners announces mortgage product review

GMAC-RFC Partners has announced a review of its range of partners' mortgages, which may be of interest to first time buyers.

Available through packagers, the lender has announced the launch of a new fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage as part of its review, which is available to both first time buyers and repeat purchasers.

The mortgage is available with interest rates from 5.39 per cent and is fixed for a period of two years.

"We have to work very closely with our distributor partners and list to their feedback," said Roger Brown, director of partners distribution.

"They have asked for products that offers them choice and of course they have to be competitive which is why we have had a major review," he added.

Other mortgage products available from the lender include a two-year fixed-rate product, with interest rates from 5.79 per cent.

GMAC-RFC Partners offers a range of mortgages, including non-conforming and mainstream loans.
