First-time buyers snapping up Fishpond properties

22-Apr-2008

David Wilson Homes is welcoming first-time buyers to The Parque, its new development in Fishponds, Bristol.

The new homes on offer have already been a success for the company, with more than 50 per cent of the properties already sold.

Interested parties can visit the development on Aril 26th and 27th to get further information on the first-time buyer packages available, as well as receiving an Ikea voucher worth £1,000 and a £500 Currys voucher if they reserve.

Sales director for David Wilson Homes South West, Bernice McKenna, commented: "The Parque offers a unique collection of innovatively designed apartments, situated just five miles from the buzzing city centre of Bristol, so it is not surprising that they are being snapped up by first-time buyers who want an affordable home in a fantastic location."

He added that attendees can take advantage of various deals such as having deposit, stamp duty, legal and mortgage arrangement fees paid.
