Mortgage & Property Advice Centre for First Time Home Buyers

First Time Buyers in Rugby Invited to 'Ask the Experts'

19-Feb-2008

Perhaps one of the most significant decisions anyone will ever make, buying a house for the first time has the potential to be confusing and stressful for some.

Whether a first time buyer or an experienced home owner, every prospective house purchaser needs to know the information vital for finding and buying their perfect property.

That's why award-winning Redrow Homes is hosting a special event for homebuyers at its stylish Willans Green development, Rugby, this weekend (23rd/24th February).

As well as chatting to Redrow's knowledgeable sales consultants, prospective purchasers can speak with independent financial advisors and a solicitor at the event to gain impartial advice about moving home and getting a mortgage for the first time.

"Not just the place where you live but also almost certainly your single largest financial investment, buying your first home is a process that's worth getting right," says Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow (South Midlands).

"Getting the right advice can be time consuming and sometimes costly so we're going out of our way with this event to make good quality, impartial advice freely available to those hoping to move into a new home with minimal hassle."

Willans Green offers a range of competitively priced homes that are ideal for single first time buyers, couples and people wishing to share with friends. All properties come with the fantastic Redrow ‘House Price Protection,'* which gives cash-strapped home hunters a chance to relieve their worries and invest in a place that they can truly call home.

To further tempt customers, Redrow is also offering some great incentives to buy under the umbrella of ‘re:assure from Redrow,' which means buyers can have a package tailor-made to their needs.

Tonia added: "Many first time buyers think they will never be able to afford to buy a home – but that doesn't have to be the case, especially at Willans Green, where we have a wide selection of stylish homes at competitive prices, as well as experts on hand to make home ownership easy to understand.

"We can also talk to buyers about the possibilities of getting a joint mortgage with a friend, which is a trend that has increased in popularity in recent years and can be a way of making the dream of owning a new home a reality.

"More importantly we can offer great incentives which will help struggling first time buyers to make that all-important first step."

Home buyers at Willans Green will benefit from its proximity to the centre of Rugby and its railway station, which offers journey times to London Euston of around an hour.

The ‘ask the experts' first time buyers weekend at Willans Green will take place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th February 2008. For more information call 0845 676 0404 to speak to a sales advisor or log on to www.redrow.co.uk/developments/view/120.
