First-time buyer weekend 'a real success'

11-Mar-2008

Award-winning house builder Redrow recently held a weekend specifically for first-time buyers, giving them a head start toward owning their own property.

Potential buyers attending the event had a chance to see how the house builder offers mortgage support via its 're:assure' package, as well as viewing apartments offered for £119,995 as a possible stepping stone for getting on the property ladder.

Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) stated that the new package is intended to make obtaining a property as smooth as possible, from "the moment of enquiry right through to after you've moved in".

"Redrow sees itself as more than just a house builder and each customer an individual. Therefore the event allowed us to work with the customer to find the best suitable deal, whilst all the time ensuring their future moving process would be as problem-free as possible," she remarked.

As part of the deal, Redrow Homes is offering to pay all legal fees, arrangement fees and five per cent deposits.
