First Time Buyer Property Show comes to London
27-Oct-2006
In association with FirstRungNow, the First Time Buyer Property Show will be held at London's Barbican Exhibition Centre.
Held between July 6th and 8th 2007, the first time buyer event will feature a number of new ideas and strategies to make purchasing that new home a little bit easier.
The event will include a series of seminars designed to help make the first step into property ownership a little bit easier, covering issues such as gazumping and buying a property via auction.
A seminar will also be available to discuss the advantages and pitfalls of purchasing a repossessed property.
With the property market becoming difficult for first time buyers to enter, parents often find their children forced to stay at home.
First time buyers are increasingly facing a situation where it is necessary to approach the problems of affording a new home in an inventive way; many are opting to buy with friends or strangers, while some stay at home in converted parental dwellings, suggests FirstRungNow.
To find out how your parents can help you, see the FirstRungNow section on
‘How Parents Can Help’ and contact a good
