First time buyer news officially launched

FirstRungNow has officially launched its news and comment service to provide aspiring first time buyers with the information they need to find a property.

As property prices remain high, following months of record growth in the property industry, first time buyers need all the help they can to get onto the first rung of the property ladder, and the new service can give them a head start.

By providing aspiring homeowners with relevant information on new schemes to help them onto the property ladder – such as advice on joint ownership schemes and affordable housing developments across the country – the news service can give first time buyers the boost they need to find the property they are looking for.

It can also help them when finding a mortgage, as well as advising on alternative options to get their foot on the first rung of the ladder, for example by buying to let elsewhere or purchasing a house-boat.
