First time buyer news: Confidence 'to keep prices buoyant'
16-May-2006
It has been claimed that the UK's property market is set to remain strong due to the influence of confident buyers.
According to research from Propertyfinder.com, confidence among homebuyers, including those looking to get onto the first rung of the property ladder, has now outstripped that of sellers for the first time in over two years.
Although house prices are set to keep rising, making it more difficult for many aspiring first time buyers to get a foot on the property ladder, recent figures have suggested that more aspiring homeowners are now getting into the market.
Aspiring first time buyers wanting advice on mortgages, to find out how much they can borrow and how much it will cost, should request advice from the UK’s leading High Street Brokers, Bradford and Bingley. With property firm Rightmove announcing that it is increasing its estimate for property growth during 2006 from five per cent to eight per cent, it appears that the opportunities for aspiring first time buyers to get onto the first rung of the property ladder over the course of this year will diminish.
Tax advice can be sought from the FirstRungNow tax advisor. As such, it appears that many first time buyers are taking the chance while it is still within their reach.
