Coventry launches new range of fixed-rate mortgages

Coventry Building Society has announced the launch of a new range of flexible fixed-rate mortgages, which may be attractive to first time buyers.

Available from February 1st, Coventry's new range includes a number of residential and offset fixed-rate products, in addition to a buy-to-let flexible fixed-rate which may attract first time buyers looking to invest.

Interest rates for the new fixed-rate packages range from 5.35 per cent to 5.99 per cent.

"We've a range of straightforward mortgage deals to help first time buyers with their first home," says Coventry.

"Our range of competitive mortgage deals and excellent customer service are the reasons we regularly win awards," it adds.

Founded in 1884 as The Coventry Permanent Economic Building Society, the mortgage provider offers a range of financial products and services, including current accounts and personal loans.
