People moving into Crest Nicholson homes are being presented with cards that give them money off goods from five different businesses.

The housing firm hopes its Privileges Card will revolutionise the purchasing process for the first time buyer.

Offers include exclusive benefits at contemporary art gallery, the Art Lounge, and sport, music and film specialist, Hall of Fame.

Sales and marketing director for Crest Nicholson Midlands, Keith Hazeldine, told ic Birmingham: "The Privilege Card covers every aspect of buying, moving and settling into your new home and, equally importantly, your new community."

"With this in mind, we have increased our exclusive range of privileges to include a number of special offers from local businesses that will enhance the move-in experience, whether that be through accessories for the home or lifestyle opportunities.

"Each buyer receives a tailor-made package of privileges taken from the extensive portfolio of support and benefits," Mr Hazeldine added.

The other businesses involved are furniture firm Lee Longlands, uVizualize, a lighting and visual technology provider and Connexions Design, an interior designer.

Mr Hazeldine concluded by saying he felt the new Privilege Card "marks a quantum leap in terms of customer service" and helps to put the "customer at the heart of our business".
