Boost for first time buyers with new card scheme

First time buyers are being enticed with special offers and incentives through a new card initiative that has been launched in the Midlands.

The housing firm hopes its Privileges Card will revolutionise the purchasing process for the first time buyer.
Offers include exclusive benefits at contemporary art gallery, the Art Lounge, and sport, music and film specialist, Hall of Fame.

"With this in mind, we have increased our exclusive range of privileges to include a number of special offers from local businesses that will enhance the move-in experience, whether that be through accessories for the home or lifestyle opportunities.
"Each buyer receives a tailor-made package of privileges taken from the extensive portfolio of support and benefits," Mr Hazeldine added.
The other businesses involved are furniture firm Lee Longlands, uVizualize, a lighting and visual technology provider and Connexions Design, an interior designer.
Mr Hazeldine concluded by saying he felt the new Privilege Card "marks a quantum leap in terms of customer service" and helps to put the "customer at the heart of our business".
