Environmentally-conscious first time buyers in Surrey are getting a major opportunity to buy an affordable home with the latest green features.

Although most homes with such features would be out of the reach of all but the wealthiest first time buyers, the £2.2 million development has been undertaken with financial support from Mole Valley District Council.
The modern development is likely to be followed at other sites around the country, as more first time buyers become conscious of environmental issues and look to play their part in protecting the environment.
