FIRST STEPS is a new gifted deposit scheme for first time buyers allowing you to purchase a brand new home with a cash investment of only £2500! This has been developed by New Home Direct, who are using the discounts normally offered to investors to fund your deposit and all your purchasing costs.

The deal includes deposit, stamp duty, professional and survey fees, significant mortgage contribution and £2500 value of Ikea furniture

Note: Unfortunately you will not qualify for this scheme if you are 25 or under or your household income is not over £25,000 p.a.
